Sale and delivery of microscopes with a camera for the Faculty of Biotechnology (2 units) A detailed description and the method of performing the contract are provided in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), which constitutes Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ: a) The proposed assortment/ The equipment must be new, unused, free from defects, and their technical and functional parameters may not be lower than those presented in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ. b) The proposed software must be free from defects, and its technical and functional parameters may not be lower than those presented in the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ. c) The Contracting Authority allows for the submission of equivalent bids. Wherever the Contracting Authority describes the subject of the contract by indicating trade marks, patents or referring to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, origin, technical specifications and/or systems of technical references, the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described.
