Sale along with delivery of a water activity analyzer. A detailed description and method of contract execution are contained in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix no. 1.1 to the Terms of Reference (ToR): a) The proposed assortment/devices must be new, unused, free of defects, and their technical and functional parameters not lower than those presented in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Appendix no. 1.1 to the ToR. b) The proposed software must be free of defects, and its technical and functional parameters not lower than those presented in the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Appendix no. 1.1 to the ToR. c) The contracting authority allows submission of equivalent offers. Wherever the contracting authority describes the subject of the contract by indicating trademarks, patents, or references to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, origin, technical specifications and/or technical reference systems, the contracting authority allows solutions equivalent to those described.
