Sale together with the delivery of a laminar chamber together with a suction unit for extracting liquids A detailed description and the manner of performance of the contract are provided in the description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ: a) The proposed range of goods/ equipment must be new, unused, free of defects, and their technical and functional parameters must be no lower than those presented in the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. b) The proposed software must be free of defects, and its technical and functional parameters must be no lower than those presented in the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. c) The Contracting Authority allows submission of equivalent bids. Wherever the Contracting Authority describes the subject matter of the contract by indicating trade marks, patents or references to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, origin, technical specifications and/or systems of technical references, the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described.
