Sale together with the delivery of an ATP luminometer along with equipment A detailed description and the method of performance of the contract is contained in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No 1.1 to the SWZ: a) The proposed assortment/ equipment must be new, unused, free from defects, and their technical and functional parameters must be no lower than those presented in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No 1.1 to the SWZ. b) The proposed software must be free from defects and its technical and functional parameters must be no lower than those presented in the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No 1.1 to the SWZ. c) The Contracting Authority allows the submission of equivalent bids. Wherever the Contracting Authority describes the subject of the contract by indicating trade marks, patents or referring to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, origin, technical specifications and/or systems of technical references, the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described.
