TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of equipment and supplies for outpatient specialist care, including: the delivery of medical furniture for clinics. 2. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in the Annex to the SWZ, i.e. in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as the Description of required technical parameters or “OWPT”, which forms an integral part thereof. 3. The Contracting Authority does not allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders; the tender must include all items specified in the subject of the contract. 4.
