TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the supply and installation of new, unused, and fully functional furniture equipment – school furniture and equipment in the contracting authority's buildings. The scope of performance includes mainly supply, transportation to the place of performance, unloading, assembly, completion, installation, arrangement of the equipment into spaces designated by the contracting authority, removal and ecological disposal of packaging materials, and bringing the supplied equipment into a condition suitable for proper use. A contract will be concluded with one supplier for the implementation of this public contract. All delivered products must comply with the requirements set by generally binding legal regulations, technical standards and safety regulations applicable in the territory of the Czech Republic and the European Union. All materials used must be non-hazardous to health, suitable for use in a school environment, and must meet the requirements of the relevant legal regulations related to product safety.
