TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the delivery and installation of new, unused, and fully functional furniture equipment – school furniture and equipment in the contracting authority's buildings. The performance mainly includes delivery, transportation to the place of fulfillment, unloading, assembly, completion, installation, placement of equipment in spaces designated by the contracting authority, removal and ecological disposal of packaging materials, and bringing the delivered equipment to a condition suitable for proper use. A contract will be concluded with one supplier for the implementation of this public contract. All supplied products must meet the requirements set by generally binding legal regulations, technical standards, and safety regulations applicable in the territory of the Czech Republic and the European Union. All used materials must be health-safe, suitable for use in a school environment, and must meet the requirements of applicable legal regulations related to product safety.
