TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of cleaning services at the following operational sites of university catering: Mensa Leopoldstraße, Mensa Arcisstraße and Mensa Lothstraße. The objective is to conclude a service contract with one company. Contract term 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 - with an option for unilateral extension by 1 x 2 years. The option is exercised by a declaration to the contractor in text form. The declaration must be received by the contractor at least six (6) months before the end of the initial contract term. The contractor has no claim against the contracting authority for the exercise of the option. With regard to the details of the services owed, reference is made to the procurement documents, in particular the components of the lot-specific service description (Annex set 2 and 3 of the procurement documents) as well as the contract (Annex 5).
