TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the design and construction of apartment blocks in Helsinki’s Kaarela as a fixed-price SR contract, including overall design and construction engineering works, as well as all LVISA works. The SR contract includes: - Plot 33367/1, Heka Honkasuo Perhosenkierto 29 Design work may be started after signing the letter of intent. The estimated start date of the construction work is 10/2027. The buildings may also be implemented as hybrid structures through the deviation decision procedure, when the carbon footprint of the buildings can be demonstrated to meet the requirement using the calculation methods set out in Appendix No 24 of the SR contract programme. The procurement will not be divided into lots, because a model with multiple suppliers would produce an inappropriate contract entity in terms of schedule management and coordination of the work.
