TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the construction of apartment blocks in Helsinki’s Hermanninranta as an SR contract, including overall design (e.g. architectural, structural, building services (HVAC), energy, substructure, life cycle, acoustics) and, in addition to building-technical work, all HVAC and outdoor works. The overall contract includes: - Plots 21685/2 and 21685/3 (possibly to be combined later) Heka Hermanninranta Albumikatu 3 Special features of the project: - The site consists of two separate apartment blocks and the yard area, which together form half of the entire block. - The project can be implemented either with a timber frame or a concrete frame. A concrete frame requires applying for a deviation decision, which the contractor is responsible for. - The apartment area, approx. 11,040 asm2, and the retail premises area, approx. 55 htm2, are included in the quantity to be procured in the tender. - The contractor is responsible for all design. Design can be started after signing the letter of intent. The estimated start date for construction work is 04/2028, and the work must be started no later than 06/2028.
