TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the construction of apartment blocks in the Hermanninranta area of Helsinki as an SR contract, including comprehensive design (e.g. architectural, structural, HVAC, energy, substructure, life cycle, acoustics) and, in addition to building-technical works, all HVAC and plumbing and drainage (HVAC, plumbing and drainage) work and outdoor works. The overall contract includes: - Plots 21685/2 and 21685/3 (possibly to be combined later) Heka Hermanninranta Albumikatu 3 Special features of the project: - The site consists of two separate apartment blocks and a courtyard area that form half of the entire block. - The project can be implemented either with a timber frame or a concrete frame. A concrete frame requires applying for an exception decision, which the contractor is responsible for. - Apartment floor area approx. 11,040 asm2 and retail space floor area approx. 55 htm2 are included in the quantity to be procured in the tender. - The contractor is responsible for all design.
