TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the construction of a multi-storey apartment building in Helsinki, Sompasaari, as a fixed-price SR contract, including, in addition to construction engineering works, all LVISA works and all necessary design. In addition, the demolition of a lighting mast located on the plot, including its foundations, possible electrical work, as well as removal off-site, waste fees, and backfilling of the demolition area to the excavation level are included in the SR contract.
