TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the construction of a multi-family apartment building in Helsinki’s Sompasaari as a fixed-price SR contract, including, in addition to construction engineering work, all LVISA works as well as all required design. In addition, the demolition of the lighting mast located on the plot together with its foundations, possible electrical work, as well as removal, waste fees and backfilling of the demolition area to the excavation level are included in the SR contract. The SR contract includes: - plot 10667/3, Heka Kalasatama Nihdinranta 8 Special features of the project: - the buildings will be connected to the waste pneumatic pipe collection system Design may be started after the signing of the framework agreement. The estimated start date of construction work is 05/2027, and the work must be started no later than 06/2027.
