TENDER DESCRIPTION
Part 1: Cash register course Description of the subject matter of the contract. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the organisation and delivery of an on-site cash register course: a. number of participants – 10 persons, b. course duration – 20 clock-hours (10 hours of theoretical classes and 10 hours of practical training), 2. The course programme must include at least the following topics: a. criteria and technical conditions that cash registers must meet, b. regulations governing the use of cash registers: • conditions for using cash registers by taxpayers, • mandatory information included on the receipt, c. criteria and method of conducting inspections by the Tax Office, d. sales recording using cash registers, e. different forms of payment, f. entering the cashier code, g. cancelling a receipt (storno), h. cash register reports: • general, • fiscal (daily, combined periodic, detailed periodic, closing of the day), i. programming the basic parameters of the cash register, j. sales on a cash register – single sales with repetition, k. cash in and cash out, l. cash reserve in the cash register, m. shortages and overages in the cash register, n. voiding transactions, o.…
