TENDER DESCRIPTION

Rapeseed meal in the amount of 75 tonnes. The rapeseed meal shall meet the following parameters. Physical and chemical parameters: • moisture maximum 12.0% • crude protein content minimum 34.0% • crude fat content minimum 1.0% • crude fibre content maximum 13.0% Quality parameters: • test for the presence of Salmonella – not detected in 25 g The Contracting Authority requires that protein components, i.e. soybean meal, be characterised by a low level of contamination with anaerobic spore-forming bacilli. The result of a test confirming the presence of anaerobic spore-forming bacilli at 0.0001 g, which will be ordered by the Contracting Authority, shall result in the return of the purchased batch of goods at the Seller’s expense. The VAT rate in accordance with the category of animal feed, which is classified under the headings (CN codes) of the Combined Nomenclature, listed in Annex No 10 to the VAT Act.
