TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Rhein-Kreis Neuss is the provider of rescue services in the Rhein-Kreis Neuss (§ 6(1) RettG NRW). As well as the large towns belonging to the county, Neuss and Dormagen, the Rhein-Kreis Neuss also provides rescue stations (§ 6(2) RettG) in the towns of Grevenbroich, Jüchen, Korschenbroich, Meerbusch and in the municipality of Rommerskirchen. The operators (§ 13(1) RettG) of these total of ten stations are the recognised charitable relief organisations Deutsches Rotes Kreuz, Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe and Malteser Hilfsdienst. The Rhein-Kreis Neuss now intends to standardise the procurement of medical consumables for all stations. For this purpose, a framework agreement is hereby tendered, from which the stations can access items online in accordance with their needs. The following two main criteria, described in detail in this tender, must be met by the bidder: • Online shop for a closed user group (each station) with a defined shopping basket and statistical evaluation functions for the contracting authority (CA) • Lowest average price for the items contained in the shopping basket.
