The planning includes the following services: - Basic services, Special services and further services for object planning of buildings including structural building components and general equipment, HOAI service phases (LPH) 1-9 in accordance with § 34 HOAI The services will be awarded in stages: Stage 1 – LPH 1 – 4 / Stage 2 - LPH 5 - 6 / Stage 3 - LPH 7 - 9. A detailed description of services is to be found in the contract § 4.
