TENDER DESCRIPTION

Permanent and direct physical protection of persons and property together with monitoring alarm signals and intervention by a group, and the lease of an alarm system for the building at Ratuszowa Street 3 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of security services for persons and property at the District Court in Chorzów, in accordance with the provisions of the Security Instruction for the District Court in Chorzów — Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. Detailed conditions for performing the contract are also described in the draft contract, which constitutes Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. Both documents are an integral part of this SWZ. The facility is not subject to mandatory protection. All information presented in this SWZ is intended exclusively to prepare the bid. In this procedure, the Contracting Authority did not provide for the provision of maintenance and service services for alarm systems in the Court buildings — (excluding the building at Ratuszowa Street 3).
