Stabilisation of the pavement of unpaved roads in Bydgoszcz with permeable concrete elements - Dożynkowa Street 1. The subject of the contract is construction works, within the meaning of Article 7 point 21 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), consisting in stabilisation of the pavement of unpaved roads with permeable concrete elements, on Dożynkowa Street in Bydgoszcz. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the scope and conditions for performance of the contract have been specified in: 1) the designed provisions of the Contract with appendices - Appendix No 1 to the SWZ, including: a) a description of the subject of the contract with appendices - Appendix No 2 to the designed provisions of the Contract, b) technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (SST) and Design Documentation - Appendix No 3 to the designed provisions of the Contract, 2) the specimen of the tender form - Appendix No 2 to the SWZ, 3) the specimen of the offer cost estimate - Appendix No 3 to the SWZ,
