TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract includes the supply and installation of a scanning system for intensive inspection of goods and containers in rail transport using X-ray beams (RTG) in order to prevent illegal carriage of goods and persons at the place of delivery (HP Čierna nad Tisou), commissioning of the inspection scanning system, professional inspections and professional tests, training, inspection reports, carrying out a long-term stability test, a warranty service for a duration of 10 years, periodic service inspections, and non-periodic maintenance of the inspection scanning system. At the same time, the subject matter of the contract also includes preparation of project documentation, carrying out the construction by means of construction and installation works, including the related supplies of the necessary technologies, goods and materials, as well as provision of the related services and training of operators to perform proper operation of the inspection scanning system and to carry out activities in accordance with the Contract for Work under the contractual terms and conditions of the FIDIC Yellow book.
