TENDER DESCRIPTION

Värnamo Municipality and care services procure cleaning for common areas in residential care facilities. The scope also includes any forthcoming cleaning assignments for Värnamo Municipality where the municipality’s own cleaning operations have a need. Alternatively, forthcoming individual cleaning assignments from the municipality’s various operations. The needs may vary, and call-offs describe the individual assignment. There are currently 10 residential care facilities (occupancy summary, appendix 6), with a total area of approximately 10,500 m². Spread across everything from offices, toilets, staff rooms, storage rooms, entrances to community rooms. The estimated contract value is SEK 6 million, and the ceiling value is approximately SEK 7 million. However, the contracting authority does not guarantee any specific volume, as the actual volume may both exceed and fall below the stated volumes.
