TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the provision of all required planning and construction services. For the planning and execution, in particular the following project-specific framework conditions must be taken into account: - The sustainability objectives of the City of Bochum are implemented through the existing city-specific requirements (e.g. energy policy guidelines) and through clear requirements in the Master-FLB. - Due to the cramped site conditions, a high requirement is placed on logistics. - Facade greening: quality standard “Standard 15%” of the facade area (new build only). - Green roofs and photovoltaic systems are to be provided on new buildings - Design of the schoolyard in accordance with the City of Bochum’s action guideline - Ongoing school operations during the construction period - Existing transformer substation (keep the area of the cable/line connections free from development) - Monument protection considerations relating to the neighbouring church - Interfaces between existing and new build: - Time interface: The measure is to be implemented in sections.
