TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Bünde intends, as part of the redevelopment of the station precinct, to construct a multi-storey car park on the existing P+R parking space facility "Zum Stellwerk" in Bünde. The car park is to comprise approximately 310 parking spaces. This procurement procedure awards structural engineering planning services for the construction of the car park. The basic services of service phases 1 to 6 in accordance with Section 51(1) HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 14.1 HOAI are to be provided. In service phase 5, the preparation of shuttering plans is excluded. The subject of the procurement procedure also includes special services and additional services in accordance with the tender documents. The contract will be awarded in stages. Structural engineering planning is a planning services lot. The fee will be agreed in accordance with the contractual provisions and, subordinately, on the basis of the fee schedule for architects and engineers (HOAI) in the version 2021 as well as on the basis of the specified and offered fee parameters.
