TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Bünde intends, as part of the redevelopment of the station forecourt area, to construct a multi-storey car park on the existing P+R parking space facility “Zum Stellwerk” in Bünde. The multi-storey car park is intended to comprise approximately 310 parking spaces. This procurement procedure awards structural engineering planning services for the construction of the multi-storey car park. The basic services of service phases 1 to 6 in accordance with Section 51(1) HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 14.1 HOAI are to be provided. In service phase 5, the preparation of formwork drawings is excluded. The subject of the procurement procedure may also include special services and additional services in accordance with the procurement documents. The contract will be awarded in stages. For the structural engineering planning, this is one planning services lot. The fees will be agreed in accordance with the contractual provisions and, secondarily, on the basis of the Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) as amended in 2021, as well as on the basis of the fee parameters specified and offered.
