TENDER DESCRIPTION

The planning services hereby tendered include performance phases 1 to 9 of the applicable HOAI. The contract initially includes partial services of performance phases 1 to 2. The commissioning of performance phases 3 to 9 will be agreed as an option. The contract will be awarded in stages depending on financial coverage. During the planning phase, planning consultations take place on a cycle of once every one to two weeks (if required, more often); attendance is assumed. During the implementation period, at least one construction consultation per week will take place. Attendance is mandatory for any spontaneously called short-notice consultation meetings for the direct clarification of issues on the construction site during the implementation period. In the implementation phase, the construction site must be visited on a working-day basis. To implement this construction project, the use of grant funds is planned, which requires compliance with the funding guidelines and rules of practice.
