TENDER DESCRIPTION

By this notice, as Lot 3, the specialist planning services Technical Building Equipment HLS required for this purpose are being tendered, with separate notices: Lot 1 - Object planning services Buildings, Lot 2 - Object planning services Outdoor facilities, Lot 4 - Specialist planning services Technical Building Equipment Electrical, Lot 5 - Structural design services. The estimated costs that are currently eligible to be charged are as follows (all figures in EUR net): KG 400 - Building structure - Technical systems: 804,896.10 EUR. Of this: AG 1 Drainage, water and gas systems: 118,447.81 EUR, AG 2 Heating supply systems: 108,578.35 EUR, AG 3 Air-conditioning and ventilation systems: 37,511.08 EUR, AG 7 systems specific to use (kitchen): 300,000.00 EUR. This is an initial cost estimate which may change during the planning process.
