TENDER DESCRIPTION

With this notice, as Lot 4, the specialist planning services required for Technical Building Equipment – Electrical Engineering are being tendered, with separate notices: Lot 1 – Object planning services for buildings; Lot 2 – Object planning services for external facilities; Lot 3 – Specialist planning services for Technical Building Equipment – HLS; Lot 5 – Structural engineering planning services. The eligible costs are currently estimated as follows (all figures in EUR net): KG 400 – Building structure – Technical installations: 804,896.10 EUR. Included therein: AG 4 Electrical installations: 138,193.86 EUR; AG 5 Communication, security and information technology systems: 30,598.89 EUR; AG 6 Conveying/transport systems – optional: 52,318.84 EUR; AG 8 Building and plant automation: 17,765.03 EUR. This is an initial cost estimate that may change during the planning process.
