TENDER DESCRIPTION
The major district town of Eichstätt plans to build a new fire station for the Eichstätt Volunteer Fire Brigade at the "Freiwasser" site. The subject of the contract is specialist planning services for the technical equipment for the equipment groups: • KG 440 High-voltage installations • KG 450 Telecommunications and information technology systems • KG 460 Conveyor systems • KG 480 Building and plant automation The measure includes the new construction of a fire station with vehicle hall, training and administration areas, workshops, breathing protection workshop, washing hall, storage areas, and outdoor facilities. The planned gross floor area (GFA) is approximately 2,170 m². Special requirements arise from the use as critical infrastructure with demands for fault tolerance, emergency power supply, alerting and communication systems, as well as fire brigade-specific operational processes. Planned especially are systems for emergency lighting, emergency power supply, structured data and communication networks, radio and alerting technology, fire alarm systems, as well as building and plant technical controls.
