TENDER DESCRIPTION

The large district town of Eichstätt plans to build a new fire station for the volunteer fire department Eichstätt at the "Freiwasser" location. The subject of the award is specialist planning services for technical equipment for the system groups: • KG 440 High-voltage systems • KG 450 Telecommunications and information technology systems • KG 460 Conveying systems • KG 480 Building and system automation The project includes the new construction of a fire station with vehicle hall, training and administrative areas, workshops, breathing apparatus workshop, washing hall, storage areas and outdoor facilities. The planned gross floor area is approx. 2,170 m². Special requirements arise from the use as critical infrastructure with requirements for fault tolerance, emergency power supply, alerting and communication systems as well as fire department-specific operating procedures.
