TENDER DESCRIPTION
The large district town of Eichstätt plans to build a new fire station for the Volunteer Fire Department Eichstätt at the "Freiwasser" site. The subject of the award are specialist planning services for technical equipment for the installation groups: • KG 440 High-voltage power systems • KG 450 Telecommunications and information technology systems • KG 460 Conveying systems • KG 480 Building and plant automation The project includes the new construction of a fire station with a vehicle hall, training and administration areas, workshops, breathing apparatus workshop, washing hall, storage spaces, and outdoor facilities. The planned gross floor area is approximately 2,170 m². Special requirements arise from the use as critical infrastructure with requirements for fail-safety, emergency power supply, alarm and communication systems, as well as firefighting-specific operational processes. In particular, systems for emergency lighting, emergency power supply, structured data and communication networks, radio and alarm technology, fire alarm systems, as well as building and plant technical controls are planned.
