TENDER DESCRIPTION
The major district town of Eichstätt is planning the construction of a new fire station for the Volunteer Fire Department Eichstätt at the "Freiwasser" site. The subject of the contract award is specialist planning services for technical equipment for the facility groups: • KG 440 High-voltage systems • KG 450 Telecommunications and information technology systems • KG 460 Conveying systems • KG 480 Building and facility automation The project comprises the construction of a new fire station with vehicle hall, training and administrative areas, workshops, breathing apparatus workshop, washing hall, storage spaces, and outdoor facilities. The planned gross floor area is approximately 2,170 m². Special requirements arise from its use as critical infrastructure with demands for fail-safety, emergency power supply, alarm and communication systems, as well as fire department-specific operational processes. In particular, installations for safety lighting, emergency power supply, structured data and communication networks, radio and alarm technology, fire alarm systems, and building and facility technical controls are planned.
