TENDER DESCRIPTION

Planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network in the economic viability gap model for all tendered addresses based on the Gigabit Directive 2.0. Subject of this selection procedure is the award of a service concession for the planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network in the economic viability gap model according to clause 3.1 of the Gigabit Directive 2.0. The aim of this measure is the gigabit provision of the expansion areas with gigabit-capable broadband connections with data transfer rates of at least 1 Gbit/s symmetrical under peak load conditions for all end users of the tendered addresses in the expansion area, whereby the upload and download rates must at least double. The expansion area is detailed in the "B-Specifications" and their annexes, in particular the maps of the expansion area (B1, B1.1 to B1.2) and the address lists (B2, B2.1 to B2.2).
