TENDER DESCRIPTION

Overall project subject matter: The agreed administrative community of the City of Geislingen an der Steige, together with the municipalities of Bad Überkingen and Kuchen, intends to update its joint land-use plan with the target year 2045 (subject to clarification with the Regierungspräsidium Stuttgart and the Verband Region Stuttgart). Background: The currently legally effective land-use plan dates from 1995, with a 1st update from 1999. Since the land-use plan entered into legal force, several development (Bebauungs-) plans have been approved in recent years; in part, procedures for partial amendments to the land-use plan have also been carried out in this connection under Section 8(3) of the BauGB. In addition, development plans under Sections 13a and 13b of the BauGB were adopted, which require corrections to the land-use plan. Further partial amendment procedures are currently still in progress. The existing approved version of the land-use plan is available as a paper plan. For better readability, the legally effective paper version has meanwhile been digitised.
