TENDER DESCRIPTION

Subject of the overall project: The Agreed Administrative Community of the City of Geislingen an der Steige together with the municipalities of Bad Überkingen and Kuchen intends to update its joint land-use plan for the target year 2045 (subject to clarification with the Regierungspräsidium Stuttgart and the Verband Region Stuttgart). Background: The currently legally binding land-use plan originates from 1995, with a 1st update from 1999. Since the land-use plan became legally effective, several development plans (Bebauungspläne) have been approved in recent years; in part, land-use plan partial amendment procedures have also been carried out for this purpose pursuant to Section 8(3) of the BauGB. In addition, development plans under Sections 13a and 13b of the BauGB have been adopted, which make corrections to the land-use plan necessary. Further partial amendment procedures are currently still in progress. The existing approved version of the land-use plan is available as a paper plan.
