TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services being tendered relate to the sanitary installations for the construction project “BV GVM Grundschule” (GVM Primary School), Ploggenseering 64-68, 23936 Grevesmühlen (approx. 3,563 m² gross floor area), building footprint approx. 60 m x 18 m, three storeys with a storey set back above (staffelgeschoss). The tender includes, among other things, potable water supply, foul water drainage, sanitary fixtures, sanitary fittings and accessories for 8 WC facilities, 7 individual WCs and 15 classrooms. The potable water supply is designed as a pure cold-water network, including a pressure boosting system and a water softening system, and as an integrated system with automated taps and potable-water hygiene flushing in accordance with VDI 6023. The hot water supply is provided decentralised by electricity.
