TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Heilbronn intends to build an urban cable car. A partner is to be selected for the required services who will comprehensively create the foundations on which a turnkey contractor for the structural implementation of the project can later be selected by means of a negotiated procedure. The subject of the present procedure is planning services for cable car technology. The cable car technician is to provide the complete planning service up to the award to the turnkey contractor (service phase 2+). His services particularly include participation in the preparation of the functional specification for the turnkey contractor including key details. In particular, the following planning services shall be the subject of specialist planning for cable car technology: - the technical consolidation and validation of the existing project foundations, - the definition of manufacturer-neutral technical minimum requirements, - the technical preparation and support of the functional specification (FLB – Functional Specification), - the technical support of the early turnkey contractor involvement, - the technical review, assessment and quality assurance of the turnkey contractor…
