The City of Heilbronn intends to build an Urban Cable Car. A partner is to be selected for the services to be provided who will comprehensively create the foundations on which a total contractor for the structural implementation of the project can later be selected by means of a negotiated procedure. The subject of the present procedure is services for the planning of cable car technology. The cable car technician must provide the complete planning service up to the award to the total contractor (service phase 2+). His service particularly includes participation in the preparation of the functional specification for the total contractor, including control details.
