The City of Heilbronn intends to build an Urban Cable Car. For the services to be provided, a partner shall be selected who comprehensively creates the foundations on which a total contractor for the construction implementation of the project can later be selected through a negotiated procedure. The subject of the present procedure is the planning services for cable car technology. The cable car engineer is to provide the complete planning service up to the award to TU (service phase 2+). His service specifically also includes participation in the preparation of the functional performance specification for the total contractor including key details. In particular, the following planning services shall be the subject of the specialist planning for cable car technology: - the technical consolidation and validation of the existing project basics, - the definition of manufacturer-neutral technical minimum requirements, - the technical preparation and accompaniment of the functional performance specification (FLB - Functional Performance Specification), - the technical support of the early TU involvement, - the technical examination, evaluation and quality assurance of the TU…
