TENDER DESCRIPTION

South of the existing integrative daycare center along Neugreuthstraße in Metzingen, a new daycare center is to be built. The daycare center is to be designed for a total of 6 groups: 4 kindergarten groups aged over 3 on the ground and upper floors, and 2 nursery groups under 3 on the upper floor. The goal is to create a process-optimized daycare center. The building construction is to be simple and cost-effective. The realization of the construction project is to be carried out by a so-called design-build contractor, who, based on a preliminary design plan already coordinated with the users, will undertake all further necessary planning and execution services for the erection of the building including the directly adjacent access roads and terraces, as well as certain maintenance services for a period of four years from the acceptance of the construction services.
