TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender are the planning and construction services for the turnkey construction of the new build for the 7th Comprehensive School Mönchengladbach on the basis of a functional performance specification. The services include in particular detailed design in accordance with service phase 5 HOAI, coordination of all planning and construction services, and the turnkey erection of the school buildings including sports hall, underground parking garage, technical building equipment, foundations and external works. The project is implemented using the BIM method. The overall measure comprises a gross floor area of approximately 24,265 m² and will be implemented in two construction phases. The excavation and retaining work and deep foundation work for the 1st construction phase are the subject of a separate award. The deep foundation work for the 2nd construction phase is part of the services being tendered. The objective of the services being tendered is full and on-time completion of the 1st construction phase at the beginning of the 2029/30 school year as well as overall completion of the project at the beginning of the 2031/32 school year.
