TENDER DESCRIPTION
City of Münchberg (hereinafter: the conceding authority) conducts, in order to select a network operator that can implement the construction and operation of a gigabit network with a public subsidy, an open, transparent, economic and non-discriminatory selection procedure in accordance with the funding-law requirements on the basis of the directive and framework regulation specified above.
