To select a network operator that can implement the construction and operation of a gigabit network with a public subsidy, the City of Münchberg (hereinafter: grantor of the concession) conducts an open, transparent, economic and non-discriminatory selection procedure in accordance with the funding-related requirements pursuant to the directive and framework rule stated above.
