City of Neuötting - Extension of the Max-Fellermeier primary and lower secondary school Building object planning services in accordance with § 34 et seq. HOAI, service phases 1-9 The City of Neuötting is planning an extension of the Max-Fellermeier primary and lower secondary school on Simbacher Straße in Neuötting. The primary school was built in 1963 and the lower secondary school was added in 1969. Most recently, an energy refurbishment and various fire protection measures were carried out. At present, approximately 590 students are being taught at the school (357 primary school pupils: inside, 233 lower secondary school pupils: inside). Due to increasing numbers of pupils, changing educational requirements, the expansion of all-day education and care offerings, and an additional need for space for teaching, care and administration, the school site is increasingly reaching its capacity limits. To examine possible developments of the building, a feasibility study was prepared as of 14.08.2025.
