TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Town of Owen is constructing an extension building (new build) for the existing town hall, including refurbishment of the existing building as well as the town hall square, on the plots of land with the parcel numbers 86/2 + 87/1 + 114. The existing structure is classified in building class 3 and the new build in building class 4 in accordance with Section 2(4) of the LBO. Both parts of the building are uniformly assessed as a special building in accordance with Section 38(2). The subject of this invitation to tender is the trade: interior plastering works. Further information can be found in the bill of quantities including annexes.
