TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Town of Owen is constructing an extension building (new build) for the existing Town Hall, including conversion of the existing buildings as well as the Town Hall square, on the plots of land with the parcel (Flurstück) numbers 86/2 + 87/1 + 114. The existing building is classified in building class 3 and the new building in building class 4 pursuant to Section 2(4) LBO. Both building components are assessed uniformly as a special building pursuant to Section 38(2). The subject of this invitation to tender is the trade: wooden doors.
