TENDER DESCRIPTION
In order to ensure the attractiveness as a place to live and do business also in the future, the City of Pocking (hereinafter "the contracting authority") intends to further improve broadband provision in the city and thus achieve nationwide gigabit coverage. To achieve this objective, the contracting authority has already carried out the following procedural steps within the Federal Gigabit Funding Programme 2.0 (2025): - sector dialogue - market consultation procedure - submission of the funding application. On 18.11.2025, the contracting authority received the notice on a grant from the Federal Government for an economic viability gap model under the directive "Funding to support the gigabit expansion of telecommunications networks in the Federal Republic of Germany" (Gigabit Directive 2.0) dated 13.01.2025.
