TENDER DESCRIPTION

Planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network under the economic viability gap model for all advertised addresses on the basis of the Gigabit Directive 2.0. The subject of this selection procedure is the award of a service concession for the planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network under the economic viability gap model according to section 3.1 of the Gigabit Directive 2.0. The objective of this measure is the gigabit coverage of the expansion areas with gigabit-capable broadband connections with data transmission rates of at least 1 Gbit/s symmetric under peak load conditions for all end users of the advertised addresses in the expansion area, with the up- and download rates at least doubling. The expansion area is set out in detail in the "B-Specifications" and their annexes, in particular the maps of the expansion area (B1, B1.1 to B1.2) and the address lists (B2, B2.1 to B2.2).
