TENDER DESCRIPTION

Planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network under the economic viability gap model for all tendered addresses on the basis of the Gigabit Directive 2.0. The subject of this selection procedure is the award of a service concession for the planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network under the economic viability gap model according to Section 3.1 of the Gigabit Directive 2.0. The objective of this measure is the gigabit coverage of the expansion areas with gigabit-capable broadband connections with data transfer rates of at least 1 Gbit/s symmetrical under peak load conditions for all end users of the tendered addresses in the expansion area, whereby the upload and download rates must at least double. The expansion area is defined in detail in the "B-Specifications" and its annexes, in particular the maps of the expansion area (B1, B1.1 to B1.2) and the address lists (B2, B2.1 to B2.2).
