TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Spaichingen is responsible for the maintenance of the road bridge over the railway line on Schwampenstraße in Spaichingen. An assessment of economic efficiency was carried out as part of the "OSA" study in 2021. The result of the OSA and the objective of the present design planning is the replacement new construction of the superstructure according to the current regulations, with preservation and strengthening of the substructures (abutments and wing walls). The subject of the procedure is the award of the following planning services: - Structural engineering services for the demolition of the existing bridge according to § 49 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14 (to § 51 paragraph 5, § 52 paragraph 2 HOAI) in service phases 4 to 6 as well as project supervision (special service according to service phase 8). - Services of architectural planning for civil engineering structures for the new construction of the city bridge according to § 41 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 12 (to § 43 para. 4, § 48 para. 5 HOAI) in service phases 5 to 8 as well as local construction supervision. - Structural engineering services for the new construction of the bridge according to § 49 HOAI…
