TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Spaichingen is responsible for the maintenance burden of the road bridge over the railway line in Schwampenstraße in Spaichingen. An economic efficiency assessment was carried out in the course of the "OSA" study in 2021. The result of the OSA and the objective of the present design planning is the replacement new construction of the superstructure, according to current regulations, with preservation and strengthening of the substructures (abutments and wing walls). The object of the procedure is the award of the following planning services: - Structural planning services for the demolition of the existing bridge according to § 49 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14 (to § 51 paragraph 5, § 52 paragraph 2 HOAI) in service phases 4 to 6 as well as project monitoring (special service according to service phase 8). - Object planning services for civil engineering structures for the new construction of the city bridge according to § 41 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 12 (to § 43 paragraph 4, § 48 paragraph 5 HOAI) in service phases 5 to 8 as well as local construction supervision - Structural planning services for the new construction of the bridge according to § 49 HOAI in…
